From 18 to 20 April, the most loved and attended competition for pizza professionals in the world is back for the thirtieth consecutive edition: over 750 professionals from 40 countries compete to decide who will be the future category champions.
Three days of competitions, cooking shows and vertical seminars that photograph the state of health of the most loved and widespread dish as well as of a sector that is constantly growing both in Italy and abroad throughout its supply chain.

The European series of SOLIDS moves to southern Europe. For the first time the renowned meeting of the bulk solids industry will take place in Italy, in Parma, on 14 and 15 June 2023.
